At Mara Leather, we craft pieces meant to be worn for decades, and we back that promise with a Lifetime Warranty covering flaws in materials and workmanship. If a problem traces back to how your piece was made, we'll fix it by repairing, replacing, or rebuilding it.

What We Cover

• Leather: Genuine leather used in our jackets, vests, gloves, and other leather goods
• Hardware: Zippers, buckles, snaps, rivets, D-rings, and any other metal fittings
• Construction: Broken stitching, separated seams, and faulty linings

This applies to both ready-made and custom pieces, whether shipped within the country or abroad. Items made from canvas, denim, twill, or mesh aren't covered for fabric defects, though their hardware remains protected.

What We Don't Cover

• Natural aging: Fading, creasing, patina, and light surface scuffs that come with regular wear
• Accidents and misuse: Cuts, tears, punctures, burns, heat exposure, impact damage, and pet damage
• Changes made after purchase: Patches, added hardware or decorations, alterations by anyone other than Mara Leather, and dyes or chemical treatments
• Poor care: Machine washing, harsh cleaners, mold or mildew from improper storage, and water damage from soaking

A Note on Patches

After patches (iron-on, sewn, or adhesive) or any other permanent embellishments are added, the piece is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or warranty repair. Taking patches off harms the leather and stitching, so we couldn't accurately judge defects or restore the piece. Please confirm the fit and quality are right for you before customizing.

Protecting Your Coverage

• Use leather-specific cleaners and condition your piece on a regular basis
• Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to air dry
• Keep your piece somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight and heat
• Never machine wash or tumble dry, and avoid bleach and household cleaning products

Making a Claim

1. Reach out: Email info@maraleatherstore.com or call 7038705097 with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Share photos: Include a close-up of the issue, a shot of the whole piece, and any attached tags or labels.
3. Await our decision: We typically reply within 1-2 business days with our decision and shipping details.
4. Send it in: You pay to ship the item to us, and we pay to ship it back. Please pack it securely and choose a trackable service.
5. We take it from there: We'll repair the piece, swap it for the same item, rebuild it to its original specifications, or provide an equal-value alternative if it's been discontinued.
